When can you request an exchange?
We accept product exchanges in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or not working properly upon delivery.
- If the product is not as described or you received the wrong item.
- If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
- The product must be brought to our store for inspection and exchange processing.
How to Request an Exchange

- Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
- After inspection and approval at the store, we will process the exchange as soon as possible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- Safety gear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).
