At ElectricScooters.ae, we want you to be confident with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we provide exchanges to cover a variety of return reasons to ensure your satisfaction.

When can you request an exchange?

We accept product exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not working properly upon delivery.
  • If the product is not as described or you received the wrong item.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
  • The product must be brought to our store for inspection and exchange processing.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. After inspection and approval at the store, we will process the exchange as soon as possible.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Safety gear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).

Important

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • ElectricScooters.ae reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
