Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We accept payments via secure gateways using credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (if applicable), or other approved payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Delivery timelines are typically 1–3 business days, but may vary by location or during high-demand periods. However, delivery to Sharjah, Dubai & Ajman may be processed within the same day.

Accurate delivery address and contact information must be provided during checkout.

Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

At Electric Scooters.ae, customer satisfaction is our priority — but due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

However, we do offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, and in resalable condition.

Exchanges are only available for eligible items. Items such as used electric scooters, opened accessories, or customized items may not be exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.

The customer may be responsible for any difference in product value or delivery charges, if applicable.

Warranties

Products sold on Electric Scooters.ae may include a limited manufacturer warranty (duration varies by product).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accurate information and safe products. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Delays or service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.
  • User-generated misuse of electric vehicles.
